Tree Trimming
Richard May Tree Service uses pruning methods that help improve the natural shape of the trees. Our knowledgeable staff of professional arborists are trained and equipped to know when and how to provide this service. We do not use spikes to climb live trees.
Stump Removal
In order to remove unwanted stumps by grinding method, we are equipped with two different size stump grinders to fulfill all your stump grinding needs.
Tree Removal
Richard May Tree Service has the experience, up to date equipment and the expertise to remove any tree in any situation. Beside being skilled climbers, our fully trained staff is knowledgeable in the use of a bucket truck and crane.
Tree Sales & Planting
Our company grows trees up to 10" caliper to purchase for replacement and new plantings. We also have the equipment to transplant your trees on site and from site to site.
Make sure you get what you pay for:
Always request Certificates of Insurance. This should include personal and property damage (general liability) and workman's compensation. A caution flag should go up if an estimate comes in significantly lower than your others. This might be an indication of no license, and/or no insurance. Beware of Door Knockers and Drive-bys.
Only those trained and equipped to work safely in trees should do the work.
